Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days on average. We work Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be shipped the next business day(s). Fulfillment may take longer during sales events and around holiday seasons.

Returns
Any unused product purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving it. Customer pays shipping on returns or exchanges, plus a 15% restocking fee for shipments over 10 lbs. Shipping Delays
Please note that weather, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, slow customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances can delay shipments, even when expedited. Shipping delays are outside of our control.
Coupons

PO Boxes
Large shipments are not always able to be sent to PO boxes. A residential address may be required for large shipments.
