Satisfied
I applied the Walrus Oil Furniture Butter to several cutting boards and bowls using wet/dry sanding paper. Furniture Butter is thicker than many of the other products I've used and took slightly more effort to spread which I have no issue with. Application was over previously applied pure tung oil. Coverage was excellent. Allowed to stand for several hours then buffed. Applied second coat with a finer grit paper and let sit. Wiped off excess and buffed. Nice satin sheen to wood. Water ran off leaving only a few beads. Very impressed with initial results.
Amazing Finish!!
Just wanted to begin this by saying I’m a total neophyte woodworker. Just started this year on a few live edge pieces and have really enjoyed it. I applied Walrus Oil Furniture Butter over an American Black Walnut coffee table that I finished with tung oil varnish. Really beautiful final finish. Love how it brings out the richness of this dark wood.
Borderline unbelievable
This product has so many features. It is borderline unbelievable. The ease of use is perfect for any project. Even if you are a DYI. Owning a antique furniture restoration shop. I couldn't ask for a more perfect finish. The smell is similar to a wax. If you'd told me about this product, I'd said you were lying.
Fave finish!
This is my favorite Walrus Oil product. It’s so easy to apply and leaves the wood looking beautiful.
I put this stuff on everything
My go to, so easy to use and makes the finished product look amazing.
